I was cleaning out my purse today and found the little slip of paper you gave me with your blog address. I had totally forgotten about it. Your blog is so much fun to read and I love the photos of you at Art Night. I am so proud of you.
Speaking of fibrous orange vegetables, my favorite are raw yams. I have found that the skinnier yams are the sweetest. I peel them, slice them up and cool the slices in the fridge. They are crunchy and delicious.
